Banana peanut butter cup vegan ice cream recipe in Brookfield WI.
Ingredients in Brookfield WI
- 4 large semi-ripe bananas
- 1 cup of almond, coconut or other non dairy milk substitute
- ¾ cup of coconut cream
- ½ cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Preparation

- Blend above ingredients until well blended in VitaMix or comparable blender or food processor.
- Pour into freezer safe container and freeze until solid (about 1 – 1 ½ hours).
- Scoop out and garnish with dark chocolate shavings and drizzle ½ tablespoon melted peanut butter over each serving (4 servings).
