Banana peanut butter cup vegan ice cream recipe in Brookfield WI.


Ingredients in Brookfield WI

  • 4 large semi-ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of almond, coconut or other non dairy milk substitute
  • ¾ cup of coconut cream
  • ½ cup vegan dark chocolate chips

Preparation

    1. Blend above ingredients until well blended in VitaMix or comparable blender or food processor.
    2. Pour into freezer safe container and freeze until solid (about 1 – 1 ½ hours).
    3. Scoop out and garnish with dark chocolate shavings and drizzle ½ tablespoon melted peanut butter over each serving (4 servings).
